You understand that certain services such as milling and stamps are permanent and agree to let Norcal Putters perform these services.
You understand change requests after this order form is complete cannot always be accommodated and additional work will be invoiced if different than the order form details.
Bag wear and other imperfections due to treatment of the club by the owner (even if the damage was unintentional) including dents, depressions and other imperfections are not the responsibility of Norcal Putters. There is not a warranty on our finishes, it is out of our control how the putter is treated after it is sent to the client. Refunds and reworks are not provided.
You understand that the longevity of the finish is dependent on the player’s care of the club head and conditions of the courses that are played. Club heads left in wet conditions will rust and keeping club heads oiled and dry is the responsibility of the owner. Chemical use on greens including fertilization and pesticides can adversely effect the finishes of putters. You agree that it is the responsibility of the owner to avoid and minimize prolonged contact of these harsh chemicals on the surface of the club. Refunds and re-do’s are not honored when your putter wears or rusts.
You understand the customization process takes 7-10 days from the time the putter is received. You understand and accept this time frame knowing that You will not receive my piece(s) back until the work is complete.

This Agreement and any documents referenced here contain all of the terms and conditions that apply to purchases of service of Restoration and/or Custom Shop Services (the “Services”) by you (“you” or “Customer”) By placing your order for Services, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time. You may be subject to other terms and conditions governing certain features of our site, including purchases from Norcalputers.
Payment must be received by Norcal putters prior to acceptance of an order. Payment for the Services is to be made by credit card or Paypal at time of order. Orders are not binding upon Norcal Putters until accepted by Norcal Putters. Norcal Putters reserves the right to refuse to accept any request for Services for any reason, in its sole discretion.
Shipping Procedure; Shipping Charges; Taxes

Customer shall not forward any putter for Services without an order number provided by Norcal Putters at the time of Customer’s order. This order number must be prominently placed on the exterior of the box in which the putter is shipped. Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown prior to order and on the invoice(s). The Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from Norcal Putters facility (including any fees or costs charged by the applicable freight carriers or any other party involved in transporting, importing or exporting these products) and for any sales or other taxes associated with the order. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on the invoice.
Potential loss of items
It is recommended that you forward the putter to be submitted for Services to Norcal Putters via an insured, traceable courier. Putters which are returned from Norcal Putters shall be forwarded via Federal Express or other insured, traceable courier. All putters which are returned to you following Services shall be forwarded Norcal Putters facility. Norcal Putters shall not be responsible in any way for any putter which may be lost, destroyed or damaged in transit between Customer and Norcal Putters Shop, whether either in route to Norcal Putters or in return to Customer. Customer bears the risk of loss or damage in transit to any putter which is (i) forwarded to Norcal Putters for Services and/or (ii) returned to Customer, upon Norcal Putters delivery of such putter to carrier. In the event of any loss, Customer has the responsibility for promptly advising the carrier for such loss, for filing a claim and for recovery of any sums owed by such parties to Customer.
Scope of Restoration Services. Norcal Putters will perform such Restoration Services as are requested in connection with the submission of the subject putter; however, not all such Services are available for all putters. Norcal Putters acceptance of a request for Restoration Services does not constitute a warranty that such Services will result in a product which is identical in every way to the originally manufactured item. Norcal Putters warrants that, in the provision of Restoration Services, it will use reasonable care and diligence in the performance of such Services. However, not all putters may be returned to their original condition without unreasonable efforts. In addition, replacement parts may not be available for all putters and substitute parts may be provided. If unforeseen events occur or if the putter condition is deemed unsuitable for the performance of Restoration Services such that these Services, in Norcal Putters judgment, cannot or should not be performed, the putter will be returned without such Services being conducted and the Customer’s payment, less shipping costs, will be refunded.
